hell my company is a small privatley owned american mfg company with a specific focus and the chinese  are trying to copy our shit.... its so out of control now how the fuck are we going to reverse it when no one here gives a shit?

Our owner is actually worried that a cheap knockoff of our products will start sbowing up globally as 2/3rds of our sales are international.

oh yea, I know what you're saying and so far we have it geared up to benefit the Chinese.  There is almost no legal recourse against Chinese companies ripping you off and putting you out of business no matter what patents or copyrights you hold.  And our own government seems to be fucking fine with the Chinese ripping off Americans like that. That's the impression I'm getting.
