Obese people often have a huge lump of bulging fat BELOW the belt line, seemingly seperate from their gut.

What the hell is it? It looks like a tumor or something unnatural, people typically do not get fat right above their 'parts' where the pube patch is...so what is it? Wtf is the 'pouch'??

Its called a pannus or panniculus. My girlfriend uses hers to keep leftovers warm on the way home from the buffet. It adds a nice rich cheesy/yeasty flavor to anything she sticks under there.
