The Gold is just the new formula (not even really new)  that has 24 grams per serving. But on  that note does anybody know the difference between the natural 100% and the regular 100%? Also, this is what the "BEWARE GNC USERS" should be... anyone that goes to GNC never never EVER buy the distance or endurance sports drink powders that you just add water to the bottle and drink. It is probably one of the worst things I've ever tasted... besides pure CEE powder.

Optimum Whey is 2% whey isolate

Optimum Whey Gold Standard (new) is 22% whey isolate

I don't see them selling that many bottles, especially when GNC has been marking down 5-jugs of MyoPro Protein for $21-$28 dollars. I just bought a 5-lb jug (Banana Cream) about a week ago.

Different sweeteners - that's it.
The natural uses stevia    :-X
