Can I just go ahead and do the 600mg of deca all at once so I dont have to do 300 mon/fri?  Just do it on Mon...?

Do you think it makes that much of a difference injecting once or several times? I have often split my deca up through the week and injected it with my sust... a lot of the times sust injections by themselves tend to stay a little sore for a long time, having the deca mixed in with it seems to take care of that...not exactly sure why, but it does help a good deal.

The half-life is 15 days, so after 7 days you will still have 75% of the remaining Deca circulating  in your system from when you last shot.  Ultimately it doesn't matter whether you shoot up 2 times per week or once, just that the peaks and valleys in your blood concentration will be less.  It's not a big deal.
