In true contest shape, IMO Mike would be less then 240. I mean being shredded, not just lean. It's all good to work the numbers, but one must account for the inevitable loss of lean mass, which would then require a greater loss of bodyfat to achieve the low bodyfat % goal. Meaning that if he is estimated at 20% at 270 - meaning he has 216lbs of lean mass - one should not assume he would have 216 lbs of lean mass at the end of a stringent contest diet. He might - yeah - but chances are there will be a reduction of lean mass.
