NETFLIX was okay but I found the quicker you rented and returned movies the slower they would send you newer releases. Their streaming feature was packed with old shit movies.

Nope.....go to the show and hit the play button guy on Anabolic Mayhem if you want to know....I even have a fast forward button....and lots of people listen because I always put together an informative show that gets to the point in 30 minutes rather than dragging on for 2-3 hours like most other shows.
