in a hurry, i'll pick up 3 jumbo platters from jack in the box. eggs, pancakes, and sausage... and toss the hash brown in the trash... and wash it down with a small vanilla shake. not bad for $15 at 2am.

Because he posts a thread once a year that's a thinly-veiled excuse to post pictures of himself. He's not an active poster. You post a ton of pictures of yourself too, but at least you post regularly.

Also, notice how awkward most of the photos he takes with women are....it's just photos of him at work.

I have a 2 lb whey container I refill and bring to work for my shakes. I have had at least 5 people react shocked at the "huge" size of the container and how or why anyone would possibly want to drink those "weight gainer" drinks. Mind you these are people that smoke, eat junk food and drink soda all day commenting on my "unhealthy" protein consumption and how it will shut down my kidneys. I have subsequently put the container in a drawer to avoid more medical advice from obviously super qualified experts as these.

THATS the norm ,but this calorie laden ,carbed enriched gorge fest that g4it eats seems like a tall task day in and out on a 'cruise'ship lifestyle.
