Recently a very fat friend of mine addmited to eat one whole rotisserie chicken in one sitting every once in a while, when he feels "hungry" We mocked him but now that I think about it the chicken must be around 5-6 lbs, still a lot but nothing crazy. How many of you have done this??BB related: 5 lbs of chicken = 450 g of protein.

A buddy of mine brings two of them to work and eats 1 at 10 am and the other at 1 pm. He has a mountain of rice with each one. He is a bad example though. He eats a 1kg cake after training with a protein shake. He is very lean. Bastard.

People eat waaaay to much I love drums thighs and wings I'll eat 2 pieces at a time and I'm not a small guy why would anyone eat a whole chicken in one setting ... I could never do that
How can you manage to eat so little? I'm sure you train hard, and not infrequently.... aren't you starving from that?

No man people over eat trust me some people eat 2 to 4 chickens in on sitting that is way overboard ... Well for me a drum and thigh for dinner and I'm cool
Yeah... I'm not on your level of development, but i seriously feel like i could eat all day long. I really wish i had a smaller appetite

It is not a big deal at all. A small chicken is exactly that - small.
