Ok what are the best tasting shakes to yall ?
I usually buy like the ON's 100% WHEY but I was at the Vitamin Shoppe to day and they had their store brand shit on sale ( Body Tech ) so I bought it and I must say it taste pretty damn good.

  Isopure tastes very good. 100% whey protein isolates. :)

trueprotein.com, which sells it in bulk.  I buy one of their premix formulas with no added sweeteners, as juice, milk or yogurt is already sweet enough.

Sylvester Stallones brand called "Instone" [I believe] has a protein pudding product.  I have never tried it but heard it tastes like shit.

               Just buy Jell-O Sugar-free instant pudding mix, add a scoop or two of your own protein powder, and mix it with skim milk. It will be much cheaper then Stallone's stuff. Chocolate protein powder tastes pretty good with bananna or vanilla pudding.

Which flavor did you try?  I like the protien puddings.  At least when traveling they are pretty nice due to being so small.  Very travel friendly.

Have you ever tried Syntrax's 'Nectar' brand of protein?  It has to be the best that i've ever tried.  It's a bit more expensive, but they have a few flavors that IMO are great.  Fuzzy Naval and Roadside Lemonade.  Stuffs so good you can eat it right out of the tub!

i think www.proteinfactor.com is better than www.trueprotein.com

they have this stuff i'm using now called unleashed and i'm making good gains. i'm one pound away from my highest weight.
