Ya I remember reading about that. His connections with the Hierarchy made the story disappear...Or it could have been he fukced over someone in the Hierarchy, they laughed and released the story and Pete was forced to submit to whatever it was that pissed them off.

Yeah he seemed to get away with that fairly easily I thought - he's never mentioned in the same breath as Gary Glitter and Jimmy Saville.

Funny you mention this , when Roger Daltry was on Howard Stern he mentioned how Pete tried to flex on him one day and Roger put him on his ass.

The Who were good, but not legends like Zeppelin... Pete's gay (rough boys, under the sheets), I like Daltrey though (great front man).
When Keith died, so did the Who...

Like Morrison, he was only in the Doors for 2.5 years, now he's a legend... (All those hits and status, 2.5 years???)...
