i made the mistake of cutting calories the other day all it seem to do was give me some nice zits. it screws with your motivation. i conclude its bullshit
think about it , in the grandeur scheme of things you want to DO and Know Everything. that is the ideal life. you cant do that by tactical dieting, insinuating failure even on the 'best' diet i am telling you
you cant learn things that need to be learned before others catch upon on the learning curve by reducing available energy
that sounds bad, u know competition and what not, but things need to be learned immediatley and talked about with OTHERS such as this subjject
