Happy New Year!
« on: December 31, 2005, 06:44:01 PM »
I have really begun to value a lot of you and your opinions and knowledge and just wanted to wish all of you a happy New Year! Hope all of you have a great night... and try and keep the craziness at some level of sanity, don't get to wasted...especially those of you on cycle ;)

As for me, I don't drink but maybe a handfull of times a year, and only when off cycle. Next cycle starts in a few weeks, so looking forward to letting loose a little tonight ;D

Right back at yeah Arnie  :)  I would say letting loose a little on NYE is a very normal and balanced thing to do, i like your attitude about it, it's like mine.  I would have partied some myself, if I was not still sick, been fighting a respiratory infection AND the flu, knocked my dick in the dirt, finally getting better now.  Have not been in the gym in a week, tried to come back too early around x-mas and that was a big mistake, just set me back even more :(, I should have known.  To make matters worse got drunk on x-mas eve (stupid) ended up puking myself into major dehydration.  things got worse from there.  4 days later I went to the emergency room cause I tried a light workout, and ended up spitting up blood in the locker room, that was enough to make me walk right out of the gym and go straight to the ER.  Turns out I'm OK just taking a long time to get over this............hummm I wonder why?? all the stupid moves I made, you would think a guy 42 would know better.  Waahhh  wwaahhhh! sorry for the crying.

Everyone have a happy, healthy and safe New Year.

You're not 28 anymore, Hurt2Luv.

These small "hurts" take longer to heal sometimes........

Thanks bro you are right for sure.  Yeah this seems like the perfect time to turn over a new leaf.  I do know one thing (smoking weed) that i will NEVER do again.  These lungs are way too important to me.  Played with the crap for too many years probally a total of 15, and with my moms bro just dying of lung cancer....LUV has been scared straight.  Ohh yeah the hacking up blood had a little to do with it.

Yeah we all must recognize how delicate life really is.

Oh your right, yo got take care and watch out for your liver.  But I think I'll survive without to many re precutions... I only had to small drinks last night, and that will be all I have until my birthday in October... and even then who knows, I'm not that big of a drinker.

HAPPY(IER) NEW YEARS!

Bromelain - seriously - I used this every year during the times with chest bug.
As a proteolytic enzyme - it keeps the *gunk* for proliferating.

Use the (amazing) Musinex (guifenison)(sp?) and more importantly

Buy the 13634  Bromelain - 2000 GDU / 500 mg  NOW FOODS 90 tab $9.95
take 3, 3 times a day on an empty stomach . . .
when my chest feels tight is take and within 90 minutes
I feel a release and cough up the. I am headed to Las Vegas
this week (will take) with really dry air and germs will
do everyday

http://www.fitrx.com/fitrx/fitrx_result.asp?pid=165959240412200661941255&operation=Find&i_desc=Bromelain&i_brand=214&i_pagesize=10&image1.x=17&image1.y=27

For bronchial issues start taking at first sign
of chest tightening . . . L2H, I will search some
more to support this for you. I have been using
this way for 10 years - an amazing enzyme.
