Yeah, wasn't too far off with that one either, my earlier prediction "Daniel Cormier to beat up Roy Nelson, Nelson will just absorb punishment while gassing and looking for a massive overhand haymaker, Cormier for the win by decision. I actually want Nelson to win, I just don't think he has the cardio to match Cormier, also Cormiers wrestling is just too good."

Quick boxing note for fans of both sports. Provodnikov wins title by TKO from Alvarado. Pretty even through seven. Pro knocked him down 2x in the 8th quickly. First by over hand left, then a Provodnikov flurry. 10th round leaves Alvarado dazed, and badly swelled by another flurry, he doesn't come out for the 11th.

MMA was the winner this week.

It was good, but minus this Nelson-Cormier fight. MMA seemed more eventful this time around. You could see after the 8th that Provo was wearing him down quick.

I'm gonna watch the first round then go to sleep.  Gotta be on that positive nitrogen balance zone...fight will be decided based on how first round goes.
