any recommended preworkout energy drinks?
« on: October 24, 2013, 02:40:45 PM »
I need an energy boost before I hit the gym in the early evenings.  I drink my coffee in the morning at breakfast and don't want another cup of joe later the same day.  There are so many different energy drink brands and varieties (red bull, monster etc.) ... which is the best for combining pretty good taste with not being too unhealthy?

Actually drinking your piss is good for energy and its free, if you are worried about the taste just combine it with your jizz, which you get easily by looking at a kai green posing session.

have some semen from the boyfrend, straight from the tap.

if you prefer the grape taste to it,tell him to eat grapefruit before.

shouldnt upset your stomach, keep the pre workout meals small.

mix up 8oz some fresh squeezed grapefruit juice with 7g citrulline malate and 10g bcaa's and wash back a bronkaid tab and a no-doze tab.

cheap and easy. (except for squeezing the damn grapefruit... also helps if you have a bunch of grapefruit trees in your back yard. lol)

lol... I did forget it.

I've been slackin off on the dbol lately, I did take it today though... 100mg about 30mins pre workout... libido kicked in and had the best workout I've had in weeks... tweaked my elbow through doing overhead extentions with 200 though  :-\

I've been wanting to try Craze though, but having a hard time finding it. There's a max muscle down the road that sells pure DMAA, I may give that a shot.... at least I think it's pure, I dunno.. i'd assume it's measured in mg's, which would  be like dosing caffine anhydrous, and not a big 5g scooper....

shit, or I could just find some original formula Jack3D... tried that again a month ago and I gotta say the focus and drive that shit gives is great.. different from ephedrine and caffine... different from 1MR and DarkRage, ect...

anyways, i'm rambling...

I've noticed that too. I can drink a ton of caffeinated soda and fell nothing but sometimes one cup of coffee can make me feel jittery.

Bronkaid has gotten to be a hassle to buy here.

I don't know why people think Red Bull and the like are "energy" drinks, and not simply
caffeinated soda.

Jut drink another cup of coffee, it's the same thing, except you might get a bigger jolt out
of the coffee.

VPX Redline works well for pre-workout in a general fat burner.

The Redline RTDs are excellent.

I was gonna recommend Craze, but you'd probably have to take out a second mortgage to buy it off Amazon.
