This bostin fella seems to overemphatise the importance of drugs. It's a big part yes, but it's not everything. He should focus of hard training and eating or a few years. But as he says, he pukes the food up so I don't think that is gonna happen.
I dunno... how many guys 'train hard'

A LOT... drugs play a huge role, as well as a guys ability to assimilate food/nutrients (genetics).
do you think "hard training" made the difference between Dorian and the rest? or Ronnie and the rest? there are A LOT of guys who train hard but are never what we'd consider "great"... branch and johnnie train hard... aaron baker trained hard... Milo's trained hard (well, sorta, in a different way)... and thousands of regular gym guys all across the country train just as hard... the only difference is the drugs and food.
you can have an unlimited supply of drugs and train as hard as anybody, but if your body just isn't meant to support 280lbs of lean mass, it just ain't gonna happen.
creating a 280lb lean, freaky bodybuilder requires a 'perfect storm'... you need everything in proper (minimum) amounts... you need enough drugs (which varies person to person), you need enough training stimulus to grow (again, varies person to person), and you need enough food/protein to support the mass/bw.
a guy can take a gram a day, and train as hard as dorian or Ronnie or branch, but if he can't take in enough food, he's not gonna reach the 'cartoon-character' size we'd expect a guy using 7g/wk to have.
or, a guy can take a gram a day, train nice and easy (just hard enough), but eat more than enough kcals and he's gonna grow. (flex, dillet, priest, ruhl, ect... just to name a few).
there's way too many variables.
I always assume guys training is adequate... because at that stage (if they're already competing or getting ready to compete), i'd assume they know what works and what doesn't...... but there are exceptions I suppose, flex and dillet having Charles glass holding their hands through workouts, dexter never deadlifting till he started working with Joe, ect... the only thing that's holding them back is drugs and food.
