Balding is genetic.

Mens bodies have constant high levels of test starting at the teenage years, which will cause balding over a prolonged period of time depending on genetics.

Female bodies have very little testosterone. These female weightlifters would by cycling their steroids and maybe using stuff like anavar. So most of the time they have low test therefore balding would occur at a much slower rate or not at all depending on genetics.

Just to give you an idea, she would've came in 3rd in the US....

as a Men's heavyweight this year.

I also looked at the 1960's - early 70's results, she would've been World wide top #5 - 20 in many years.
