It is back in style as part of the whole retro mid-century modern look which actually precedes the 80's by 40 years. Of course we are talking real linoleum and not vinyl sheet goods here. Real linoleum is also a "green" product, which makes in popular with environmentalist.

yep im already at 4 percent bodyfat today, im considering not posting anymore about it, i have already proven my superioririty time and time again. here i am after only a week or two of dieting starting with the 80-10-10 into this diet already looking and feeling superior. Today's retro linoleum also known as Marmoleum is expensive. It ranges in price from $4.73 to $8.25 per sq. ft. The good news it will out last all vinyl flooring materials as it is solid. What you see on the surface is all the way through the product. It must be glued down and generally only comes in 6' widths, requiring more seaming then wider width vinyl flooring. Although it will outlast many tenants, I doubt income property owners are using it much.

i think i probably have some of that marmoleum in my own house its super crazy thick and hard as fuck on the surface its definitly old school.

it can be too much of a risk to put some pricey flooring like that down because a tenant will ash there cigarette on the floor or like ive seen many times set a hot iron on the floor  or evidence of them stabbing the floor with a knife of some object.
