Because of his kidney problems he could not dry out 100 percent, that is why ronnie beat him in 98.

Aside from 93 and a couple of other yrs I can't remember , flex can never come in condition

Plus Dorian and Ronnie dominated him

Just unfortunate timing for Flex. He could have beaten cats prior to Dorian, and he could have beaten cats after Coleman but he could not beat either Dorian or Coleman.

I think at the 99 O he had the best arms I've ever seen... that includes Roelly recently, and phil heath.

whether they were filled with oil or whatever, I don't care.. the shape and separation seemed damn near flawless.

I think you mean earlier years.. by the later years esiclene .. howeve it was spelled.... was impossible to find... most guys went to Nolitil or Caverject or whatever... '99 was also the year everybody started using PGF2a (and subsequently shitting their pants once a day. lol)

we've already went thru with this...he didn't have implants. his calves maintained the same shape and detail and development back in 1989, 1990, 91, 92, and 93...did they get bigger, yes they did. He also used a ton of esiclene as well. Shawn Ray was the one who said that Flex had implants, and Shawn Ray was the only one. And Shawn admitted it on here, that he was lying, he said that to get in Flex's head.

You can't just take implants in and out, willy nilly, like you are taking out shoe insoles. But, you somehow keep believing the Shawn Ray implant story, after Shawn Ray said he was lying.

Flex in his best ever condition was just amazing. All the oil injections I speculate ruined his kidneys from trying to filter out that crap. Oil goes on a salad not into your blood stream after you inject a muscle.

I agree with that, I saw him at an appearance at a supplement store in S.FL, in the off-season before the 99 O! His arms were cartoon like incredibly round and huge!

Shows just how the quality at the NPC's have gone down over the yrs, these days the winner wouldn't even place top 5 back then. The quality was much higher and tougher now they are just handing out pro cards to everyone

There are no implants in flex. Gd get real. They are high and the outer head is bigger than the inner ( see Toney freeman). It's just the way it is. You want to see implants look at woo ferwignos calves circa 92-93 olympias.
