He's aging, natually his testosterone levels are dropping.  He should consider intervention.  This makes me think he was always natural because if he wasn't why wouldn't he still be using?

  it has nothing to do with decreasing testosterone levels. Sorry, but a healthy 46 year-old should look MUCH better than that. Van Damme looks like that because he was a heavy user of Colombian Sugar. Cocaine speeds up your metabolism, increasing oxidative stress. Furthermore, coke suppresses superoxide dismutase, and it's metabolization requires massive amounts of both vitamins C and E. All of this DRAMATICALLY speeds up the aging process. Van Damme may be 46 chronologically, but his "real" age is some 20 or 30 years more. Very sad. :(

Funny that I would see this thread..Last night (New Years)Van Damme was in the same resturant in Downtown Vancouver that a bunch of us  were celebrating New Years at..He looked old..and worn out ..I could probably get a pic..A couple of the girls got there pic with him.

Everyone talks about cocaine aging Van Damme on this post.  I agree with this but nobody mentioned how steroids age you.  Have you ever seen a 30 year old that has cycled on and off since his early 20's?  Talk about looking older than your years.

Zito said JCVD insulted him & when he confronted him JC took off his glasses & Zito said that was when he thought JC was going to hit him, so Zito hit him in the head dropped him & hit him a couple more times. Mickey Rouke said that Zito could have killed JC if he wanted too.
