Houston's the same way... it's a fast-growing city, but you can get a freakin' mansion in a high-end neighborhood for $350k. It mainly has to do with the easy availibility of land coupled with the cheap Mexican labor in the construction trade and the low tax rates.

Depends on what neighborhood you're talking about.  IF it's something like Northgate, your numbers are off by a few hundered thousand (for MAnsions).

Since no one can confirm they've been brought into custody, but Craig is clearly wanted for murder and Kelly only for accessory, we know that Anthony ran his mouth and implicated Craig.

Since A Gross is in the system but the Titus' aren't, they're still not in the system.

I wonder where they're laying low?

Could be Mexico, but realistically, they're probably still in the USA.  I wonder which friend they're staying with?

That is very true -- But, did you notice that they have 5 bedrooms in a 3000k sq foot house?  I find that odd -- esp in a two story house.

They needed those extra bedrooms for their live-in lovers houseguests!

That's normal for a 3000 sq ft house.

My point was, you'll pay less than $500k for a house that would cost you a couple million in SoCal.

Yeah, I'm guessing the home office is counted as a bedroom just for the sake of the tax assessment.

One thing is certain, though - I'm leaving SoCal next summer so that I can go buy myself a home!  :)

It's better for taxes if the home office is considered a home office, especially in their bodybuilding careers.

Thanks for sharing your story man.

And the picture.

YIP
Zack

I think if this story was surrounding a "normal" BB such as Ronnie, Jay etc. things would be different.  The fact that it is Craig Titus makes this much more interesting.  Tell me anyone is surprised by this.  Kelly's potential involvement yes, but that is understandable as well given the potential circumstances.

The fact that they are on the run makes this soooo much better that it is hard to describe.  If by chance they are never caught this could be the biggest bodybuilding legend -- EVER!

I'm interested if the company will stick with him until any guilty verdict is found, or if they'll drop him for the bad press he's already getting.

Nah.... they've already got it figured out with a new slogan.... "Use Pinnacle products and murder your competition!"

hey Ron,
don't you feel a little foolish for basically dismissing this "rumour" as fiction, earlier in this thread?

even tho he didn't believe it, he did let the thread stay, which is pretty admirable.

If Ron thought this was fiction, he would have deleted the thread immediately. Instead, he pinned it.

I wonder if Craig was calling him from Tijuana?  "Nah, Ron, I'm not running from the law because I killed some chick and torched her body, I'm just down here buying gear!"

Does anybody know where the manhunt is concentrating?  Las Vegas?  Elsewhere?

Unless Craig and Kelly have cash on them, it will be tough for them to get too far - else credit card receipts will track them easily...

Also, did they have a second car?  I imagine that is what they did/will use while on the run...

Actually, it's second... right after "1) Burn the body of the chick I killed last night".

Maybe Craig plans to pimp Kelly out for spending money?

"Regarding this case, I will go on record to say that I do believe Craig is involved in the case in some manner.  "Innocent until proven guilty", yes, but you have to wonder why this guy fled..."

hey, thanks for "going on record". since nobody knows who the f*** you are, its good that you got your opinions "on record".

i'm sure next week somebody is going to search for this thread to see what you went "on record" to say.
