The thought of someone relying on gear for gains all those years, now having to actually lift natural and earn all the muscle...frightens me. I pray for Craig.

I think the whole affair is tragic.
Could we all see this coming.........? Not in a million years.
Accidents happen all the time, Murder by someone we all know doesn't.
Facts:
Strangulation
Bound and Taped
Abandoned in the Desert
Call in a 3rd Party to help clean up the mess
Burned vehicle
Give police Statement
Flee the state as Fugitives
Call a friend to help liquidate assests to leave the country
CAPTURED by Police!
It's all sad.
It reeks fo guilt and shame.
I am not proud of their nightmarish ordeal they are dealing with, I'm more sad that I knew people who could do something like this.
My thoughts are with the family of Melissa as well, may she rest in peace.
Craig & Kelly.......God help them.

the really sad thing is that when you look at Craigs temper it's easy to see him flying off the handle that's why i wasn't totally shocked to hear this stuff, this guy has knocked out countless bb'ers and UFC dudes, if i had heard that it was Ronnie, Jay or Gunter being sought for this i wouldn't have believed it, i don't think it was pre-meditated though.

I've gotta say, It's crossed my mind and I don't think anyone has mentioned this yet, but for all we know this isn't the first time for Craig. He's a pretty volatile person. Maybe this time he just got sloppy. Who knows.

But like Shawn said, God help Craig and Kelly... and my condolences go out to Melissa's family, whatever kind of person she may have been, she did not deserve to die like that.

MAN!!!! I'm still in shock. I feel so back for Melissa James. I can't even imagine what she went through before she died. My prayers are with her family. It seems weird for me to say this, but my prayers are with Craig and Kelly too, because their hell hasn't even begun yet. Heaven help them for what they did if it turns out that they both were involved with this (and it's sounding like they did it). God help them, 'cause it's gonna get ugly. I never knew who Melissa James was, but my heart really aches for her and her family. I hope she was saved.

Gosh damn.....I remember awhile ago, Craig had on his website that you can train with him and his wife. it was like a package deal, I think it was like over $400-500 or something. They would personally pick you up at the airport and drive you to their house where you could stay in their guestroom and later train with them and they would give you advice about nutrition and getting into the bodybuilding and fitness scene. And it even included meals provided by them as well. I think the package deal consisted of staying 3-4 days with them.

Im telling you...it could have been any of us on this board that could have became the victim if we signed up for that offer they were doing and became friends with them . Ive been thinking about this a lot.

I feel really bad for Kelly Ryan and Craig Titus. We have lost 2 great representatives of the sport we love...

I also feel bad for the victim as well. Moreso for Kelly Ryan and the victim that they will never or posibbly ever get a chance to bare children....
