we both post clips (some hard to find) of pro bb's as well as pictures(in the gym,supermarket etc)
we both love the sport of BB
we both have a sense of humor and post funny and entertaining video clips making fun of ourselves
i have good connections in the BB world so i get some exclusive info first (IE: the Matt Cline story)
my website is packed full of free and very useful advice
Cheri/laura provides very sexy pictures of herself that serve as motivation for "older" women
i am embarking on a diet/contest prep routine that should motivate and provide inspiration to all those without the greatest BB genetics (like myself)

while you provide................. .............insults and put-downs on a consitant basis(and that is all you offer)

long time...........man long time not since my powerlifting days (here is my fat ass weighing over 300 lbs after i tore my pec )

pic is prolly 10 yrs old now, and i believed i weighed 312 then
(was going for 500 on the bench when my pec tore)

hmmmm...im flexing "my fat" pretty good here
(building this kind of mass,taking ones body from 155 lbs at almost 6 ft2" and building it up to the 270 lbs you see here,took years and years and years of blood sweat and tears,sacrifices dedication,lost relationships etc)
a lot of my life and time was spent...ill be dammed if im going to let some kids on an internet message board disrespect that!!!!!!

it's expensive enough,food,"supplements",food.........without the added expensive of traveling/air fare
there seems to be "natural" shows than non-tested shows................
plus you have to have it around the time frame when you can be in shape

Mike, do the Gulfcoast Championships. It's like Aug 21 or 22nd, in Ft Myers (a 2 hour drive for you?) and the competition was pretty easy last year. Untested! Also Vic M was this year's guest pro, along with a few fitness pro girls, a fair sized expo, and a completely packed auditorium (as we don't get many shows here in Ft Myers)

1. Pick a show date.

2. Make sure it's far enough out so you can get into really good shape.

3. Call promoter and ask for a registration form and pay to enter either open or novice. Mike enter novice. Thats my best advice to you. Don't do the open...you'll get your ass handed to you.
