At least we can say that the marketing branch over at Gatorade are doing something right, hehe.

A gallon. 220+ grams of sugar every day.

Drinking half of it post workout would make *some* sense. I also heard it's been suggested that you will need around 180 grams of high GI'd sugar to get the full effect from creatine monohydrate.

But the thing is: Gatorade isn't purely high GI! It's a mix of fructose (low GI), sucrose (high GI) and glucose (highest GI). It doesn't make any sense IMO to drink Gatorade PWO. Why not add some table salt to the dextrose/protein mix instead? JMO

Isn't there a difference between consuming Gatorade powder and drinking bottled Gatorade?  I thought (maybe erroneously) that the powder contained a lot of dextrose while the bottled stuff didn't.

Mike sent me a text on my phone (via AIM's mobile forwarding) at 6:43AM yesterday morning, my (Pacific) time, saying, "whats new anything?," and again at 2:54PM, still on my phone, not my computer screen, saying, "dammm.........ur idea of "contest prep" really sucks."  Another one arriving like 20 seconds later said, "i demand a refund!!!"  (He hasn't paid me a dime and money hasn't been discussed, so yes, that was in jest.)

I didn't reply to the first, as it was 6:43AM and that wasn't a real question anyway, and I replied to the afternoon comments with simply, "Why can't I see you on my computer?"  No response. 

I guess Mike probably wants to feel as though I'm "ignoring him" at this point.  I'm on AIM all day long, guys, where Mike keeps me blocked until he's ready to talk. 

No, I can't honestly say I'm excited about this at the moment.  I'm ready to get MY training going. 

And honestly, if Mike were really serious about this, he wouldn't STILL be talking all the smack he is to Freakzilla, IMO.  That's a bad sign.  I bet Freakzilla can't wait for pics of Mike onstage.

Haven't you figured out yet that he's a joke?  I mean do you really think he's gonna compete or have the balls too?  If he diets all the way down to a very low body fat percentage he'll AT BEST weigh 210....AT BEST.  And I don't think he would like the feeling of being hungry or light on his feet either.

If he competes those onstage pics will never loose teh funny.
