I know Mike is a "bouncer" although all I can see bouncing is the gyno.  Mikes got it all covered: bouncer (a college guys job), prolly sleeps in till 10 or 11 daily, and gets paid in cash so doesnt pay into the tax system.  Really though, I gotta know, what do you do?

When did I ever say I had 30% BF levels?

I alternate between Halo and Winstrol depending on the workout.

I also do one hour of cardio after my workout, specifically for heart maintenance.

My BP and cholesterol levels are well within range.
