Hmmmm....as far as the Gatorade issue.

I would think that the majority of personal trainers would know that Gatorade is not good on a weight loss plan. I've been a trainer for almost 15 years, and have never worked with a trainer that was not aware of a basic point like this $:-\$

Arvilla switched from Berry Blue to Orange flavored Gatorade.

The increase in fruity vitamin goodness has resulted in abdominal growth already.
