Hey, Mussolini, how are things at the Titus board? By the way...whasuuuuuuuup...?SUCKMYMUSCLE
What's really funny is that more than half the members of this board walk into a gym each day, load a bar with that exact amount of weight, grind out 3-4 grueling reps, add a 10lb plate, grind out 2 more reps while there friends spot and yell at em, then they move onto the the butterfly machine for 2 sets, finishing with a Carbo Force they purchased from behind the main gym counter and then they call it a day.MOS
And he couldn't do a thing about it either.
how come he never won then, nobody remembers second place, winning is everything.
Who gives a "F" it's bodybuilding not weightlifting.
Triple Chin wins again!
Simply amazing
I met Shawn in Vegas a few years back and spoke with him for a few minutes he was really polite and he was doing a back work out and his weights were extremely high so all you puney little kids dont talk shit unless you have done the O and placed as well as he did lets not forget back in the day he would have pulled your bitch from right under your nose nuff said
the pace and weights Shawn used when in training are legendary. His leg workouts especially. Heard that he and Cormier trained together in the early 90's for a brief time and Chris couldnt keep up with Shawns rapid fire style. Shawn, did you and Dennis Newman ever train together? (I know you were good friends at one time)....his training style looked like a mirror image of yours.
In the final countdown Shawn incline presses 150lbs dumbbelss for 5 reps, 3 weeks before the Mr. Olympia. He says that he uses up to 180lbs dumbbells. That's impressive weight for dumbbells.
his excuse is that hes in offseason, which is entirely valid.
