these skinnyfat morons who do nothing but squats, deads, military press and odd attempts at pendlay rows

they seem to take up the squat rack for up to 90minutes straight, working out with their buddy taking long long breaks in between their "heavy" sets

makes me cringe

He should rewrite the program, replacing strict military press w close-grip bench press or maybe push-press.  Newbs handling 95lbs on the military press isn't going to build much muscle, at least compared to the 135lbs they could use on the close-grip bench press

they should at least do seated presses with back support

they are standing their wobbling their spine for a few shitty reps

Doing them standing builds "functional","total-body" "strength"

Its a squat rack....u can do curls anywhere. I think people who train heavier you for some reason bother you. If they bother you so much work to out squat or dead them. Regardless if their doing deep knee bends or bouncing their ass off the ground, its not making ur legs bigger, stronger or more cut so why do u care?

That's how men train, as opposed to middle aged pussies who only go to the gym first thing on Saturday/Sunday morning due to demands placed on them by their girlfriends and then rely on massive amounts of drugs to do the rest.

I find standing military is much harder and recruits different muscles than seated.  I tend to do both, rotating weekly. Seated isolate s my delts more. But standing is much more taxing and difficult.

Unless you're an athlete active in some sport, what else would you train for?

Even trying to get stronger all the time will just leave your body wrecked... using moderate weights, diet, and reasonable doses of steroids to get your goal physique is the only smart choice
