lmao you moron you can't change your ph level and you can't make your body more alkaline by eating veggies. ph levels are set the same for all humans like body temperature and are kept under control by buffers. biochemistry 101 you stupid slut. Average ph level in all human is about 7.4.
The body tightly regulates the pH of our blood and extracellular fluid, and we cannot influence our blood pH by changing our diet. Only time ph level becomes acidic is people with renal problems.
Not sure why you're getting defensive.
Let me explain how things are and why your basic uneducated way of thinking is wrong.
Blood carries carbon dioxide to your lungs where you exhale it. Most carbon dioxide in the blood exists as bicarbonate. The rest exists as remaining CO2 gas or carbonic acid. Your kidneys and to a lesser extent your lungs, balance these three things. Of these three the bicarbonate is the buffer that keeps the pH in the blood from becoming too acidic or too basic.
Sooo....when you ingest food and liquid, the products of digestion result in an alkaline or acid forming effect. The end products are alkaline ash or acidic ash...I think. I can not remember if these are the exact terms.
Although your body has buffer systems, exhalation of carbon dioxide and can eliminate some kind of ions through the kidneys ( I can't remember maybe hydrogen?).....the alkaline balance still changes from 7.46. Yes...it can change a lot and yes it can affect you.
Your buffering systems can not always keep you at 7.46. Yes....lifestyle, exercise regiments, etc will all play a part in this.
But you're a fool if you think that "blood alkalinity/acidity is just "a myth".
And LITERALLY this is Biochemistry 101. Not true that your blood will become acidic only with renal problems.
