I know... im gonna get bashed but... i would constantly be afraid to taint anything. Too big, impersonal, cold, 19 bathrooms? oh man. I guess at his level you mostly receive people who only care about your money more than anything so lots of people but fake relationships. I bet he spent more time around people cleaning and maintaing the whole stuff that significant others. If I had the money, it's not the kind of stuff i d spend it on that's for sure. And i settle near the sea instead.

Love the backyard and bball playground and gym tho. Shitty weather while filming doesnt help making the whole place warmer.

i was asking myself that question, would i want to have a home that big if i had the money. its way too cold and impersonal indeed. cant see people being very happy living there.

why is he selling?

I ask this a lot.  used to watch a show called million dollar homes and never understood why couples with no kids or maybe 1 kid go and build 20,000 sqft homes.  What's the point?  There is a home in SD that is 50,000 sqft.  Owned by a single person.  He spends 100K a year on landscaping alone.  What's the point?  Essentially he is living in a home that could accommodate 100 people and you still would have lots of extra space.  It is just pure indulgence and excess.

Probably has hardly ever used his own golf course, tennis court, pool with island and humidor lol

As if a professional athlete/high-stressed businessman would have even the time to use all of this crap/boys toys.

Possibly one of the most silly houses i have ever seen. Who the hell would want a house that big? as others have said it's just a show of wealth and screams ''look at me''. If MJ can afford it, then good luck to him but i feel the house would be far nicer at half the size.

Personally if i had that type of money i would want a beach front house..

Its been on the market for a few years now. Nobody wants it. The 23 on the driveway gate is retarded...Anyone who buys that house will have to put a ton of money in it to bring it up to date. Jordan thought people were going to line up to own MJ's house...That just didn't happen...He's now brought it to auction to the highest bidder because he wasn't coming close to the asking price...He started out asking over 35 million for the home...Dropped it to 29 million and is now up for sale for 21 million...

I love these useless whores who are real estate agents making 3-6% for doing fuck all.

For such a large fucking house it has a tiny kitchen in comparison.  I see kitchens that big in 3-5K sqft homes.

And the kitchen is probably over 10 years old. Looks cool to us average joes but to someone who wants an updated house, it will need to be ripped out...

Picture(2012) of Jordan's 12,000 sqft house in Florida on construction...He paid 4 million for the land and around 8 million to build it...

Property taxes on Jordan's IL home are listed at $165,224 in 2010...Which means its probably upward of around $180,000 a year. LMAO...That's just the taxes alone. The upkeep would bring that number to around $300,000 a year. And that's without even turning on the heat...
