Given that a good many Republicans think he actually isn't a "natural-born American," no, actually, it's not racist.

Some racist people might crow about it, but that doesn't mean the claim itself is inherently racist.  Divorce the man from his reasoning, poor as it may be.

All that said, the POTUS could have been far more forthcoming about a great many things, including his birth certificate and his college transcripts.  That he stalled and sputtered so much about those (has he actually released those transcripts yet?) doesn't exactly inspire confidence, though I'll place bets now that he'll be far less of a train-wreck than Hillary fucking Clinton as president      God forbid that happens, but I imagine the masses will swallow her herma-sperm and gobble up her absurdly phoney-baloney bullshit just as the morons who initially elected her did.
