I think I just dry them out too much.
I try and undercook them just a touch (as im prone to trying to overcook), so they wind up coming out juicy as hell.

Too many retards in here, seen em train at my gym, guy knows what he's doing, getbiggers need not advise.

Very cool video, unfortunately some of those foods make me feel sick when I eat em, but for some ectomorph dudes, that's some sick quick gains right there. I have to watch what I eat, I get sick from the fast white carbs personally. For example I'll have brown rice instead of the white rice.

LOL

I eat pork loin steaks almost everyday though. It tastes good, low fat, high in protein and pretty cheap.

I love food shopping for some reason, maybe cause I love food...

Video reminds me of the PJ/Genova shopping one. Only Frank is muscular, and doesn't chew on his T-shirt while on camera.

Instead of that sodium laced jarred sauce, he should just use the canned diced tomatoes, straight up...

I only use that stuff in an emergency, we make our own sauce with cured tomatoes from the garden.

A typical clean eating day:

1/2 lb grilled chicken + veggies: twice a day
1/2 lb Salmon + veggies: once a day
Bottled Water + Diet Soda

In my neck of the woods runs about $30.

Wtf do you live in Manhattan?

Even if i were to buy that at Whole Foods, it wouldn't cost more than $20.

On a serious note, pork protein is not very bioavailable and is not used very efficiently by the body. It looks good on paper with high protein content , but the protein can't be used very well. Its chicken, turkey, eggs, whey and red meat for a reason I'm afraid.

Pork RINDS have low protein bioavailability, not pork itself.

Amino acid bioavalability is similar to chicken and beef...

nice realistic presentation. his 48 would be 30 at my store because i wouldn't have purchased the cake. but he's right, it is about adding flavor to enjoy the monotony of dieting. sauce it up with a tomato and great on the diet coke...like he said, you gotta live !

well, lets see... it's 3am and I have a freakin Viagra/Levitra after-effects headache... so why not fuck around and do a cheap food budget..

2 gal milk/wk = $6
14 boxes of mac n cheese (generic) = $7
3 dozen eggs = $6
2 small instant oatmeal (dollar store) = $2
2 loaf's of bread = $3
8 gal water (refills) = $2
2 12packs generic soda (diet or regular.. depending) = $4
2 big bags of chicken strips = $12

.. so lets see, that's like $42?

that's not counting the 25lb bag of Jasmine rice at the Asian market for $17
or the tub of Country Crock for $3
big jug of BBQ sauce (Bull's Eye) $4

that stuff should last at least a month.

Yes and he bought a lot of chicken thighs ugh!

I like the thighs much, much better than breasts. I put a touch of olive oil, liberally season with a blend of spices, salt and pepper, and bake for 15 min.
Much juicier.

Leg quarters, just 60 cents a pound for a ten pound bag.  You have to cook them up all at once though, before they go bad, then freeze them if you don’t eat them all right away.

By not using a timer or meat thermometer.

Both Herbs and spices?  Are there eleven of them? Are they a…secret?
