I'm a big fan of Frank especially when he's hanging with Antoine.  Animal is putting out some interesting vids! ;)

I remember having to this before after spending way too much money partying back in the day.

hmmm how many cans of tuna can I buy with twenty two dollars and forty five cents...

it would be fine if
1. No old people shuffling along so slow that to the eye they are at a stand still and you cant pass.
2. The gf looking at everything for ten minutes before putting it in the trolley despite the fact its on the list every week and has been forever.
3. The checkout then putting it all away when get home.

frank talking like Branch warren in that vid... must be a high ephedrine day.

 $50 will get me 14 vanilla pudding pies (490kcal each), 4 bags of chicken nuggets, 1 jug of bbq sauce, 5 gallons of water ($.25 refilled gallons), 2 gals of milk, and 3 loafs of bread. a tub of butter, and 7 boxes of mac and cheese.

and still have like $10 left over.

I was also stupid enough to watch and I have to say all this food banter is beyond inane.

A typical clean eating day:

1/2 lb grilled chicken + veggies: twice a day
1/2 lb Salmon + veggies: once a day
Bottled Water + Diet Soda

In my neck of the woods runs about $30.

Didn't Evan C do basically this exact same video a few months back (i.e. take $50 and see how much food you can buy)

I like the thighs much, much better than breasts. I put a touch of olive oil, liberally season with a blend of spices, salt and pepper, and bake for 15 min.
Much juicier.
