Tris of course. You'll have bigger overall arms with bigger tris than bis.

Yup most guys have one or the other, just like guys will usually have a big chest OR big tris/arms.

Big tris look better when arm is relaxed/just hanging there, big bis look better when arm is flexed.

close grip bench press and skull crushers for tris
ez biceps curls and incline dumbell curls for bis
go hard and you will have both.

Tris- pushdowns and weighted dips- heavy!
Bis- Barbell Curls and Alternate Dumbbell Curls.

Triceps - 2/3 of arm size roughly, but should have both for the complete arm. A gigantic arm though needs some big ol' tri's :)

Weighted dips gotta be the king of all triceps movements

Have you guys ever seen those who have big biceps but no tris? It looks like shit.

When you are standing relaxed the tricep carries your arm look. The bicep is in the position in which it looks the thinnest (extended) and it is only really visible from the front.

It's all about thinking about the relaxed everyday look. How often do you flex your biceps in public?
