I'm sure the guy in the video makes it seem easier than it actually is.

I can see myself popping a few yolks in the process this way....while getting the hang of it at least.

There's more than one way to skin a cat separate an egg, but shell to shell is the quickest and easiest for me.

and if shell to shell exceeds your skill level you can always use the french method... at least this way you only have to wash your hands... not a bottle slimmed with yolk

hard boiled eggs,easiest to separate the whites with almost no waste
