The libtards must be terrified of Rand Paul if they are attacking him for something so ridiculous.

"What difference does it make?"

4 dead in Benghazi - no scandal

NSA - no scandal

300 dead in F & F - no scandal

IRS abusing its powers - no scandal

ObamaCare lies - no scandal

etc etc etc

This bs - lets drop everything.  Typical leftist communist bs

the local papers are "libtards"

The Washington Time who cancelled his weekly column due to his blatant plagiarism is a conservative paper

Are they "libtards" too?

hardly

tell us again which links you read to draw your conclusion on page 1 that the local papers think it's a bunch of nonsense and a non-issue

It seems you might have learned to read from the same school that taught 333

I only gave you two local links and you claim to have read one or both so tell us which one

btw - looks like even more plagiarism is coming out today

Seems like this was common practice for RP or maybe like you he just doesn't understand the definition of plagiarism

Anyone that follows this libtard thinking, like that dyke Meadow, is a libtard.

A lot of people claim they are conservative and are not. I.E. Christie, Romney, etc...

Again.

To borrow a line from one of the worst secretary of state ever, "What difference does it make?"

It speaks volumes as to how warped your mind is when you consider this a "scandal", but treated Benghazi, IRS and fast and furious as  "phony scandals". You cleaved to that talking point like a life preserver.

How come you are so worked up over Rand Paul that you felt the need to open this thread but NOT ONCE did you open a thread condemning the White House for Benghazi, IRS and FF?

Let me know when Rand's "plagiarism" kills americans.

Your contrived outrage is sickening.

I read the article in your initial giant post above.

And plagerism so so vague that you could take virtually any book, speech, or article and find a 'plagerism' technicality. This jsut shows the desperation of the left that this is what they have to resort to.

giant post?

maybe that's a clue as to why you don't know the definition of plagiarism

why do you think the Washington Times cancelled his column?

Because of a cheap technicality/politics

really ?

technicality/politics ?

They said the reason was because they said he failed to attribute a source in one of his recent columns.
You know, taking someone else's words and pretending they were his own in writing.  What is that called again?

Here is a quote from the editor (try to remember this is a conservative leaning paper)

“We expect our columnists to submit original work and to properly attribute material, and we appreciate that the senator and his staff have taken responsibility for an oversight in one column,” Times Editor John Solomon said.

From what I've been reading on this, he correctly sourced the material in the bib, but didn't correctly paraphrase or use quotes.  So the casual reader will get the impression that they are his words.

He's well educated and knows better, so he needs to suck it up and apologize (a real apology) and move on.

He's still got a lot of good ideas and I think he's still a decent politician thus far.  This isn't that big of a deal.
