It won't burn fat or amp you up like ephedrine. I've heard people take it before a workout to breath deeper/easier, but little usefulness beyond that
Ephedrine burns fat, huh? 1990's urban legends die hard. Training combined with cardio and proper diet is what burns fat, not ephedrine.
If it's not abused, E is a great stimulant... it gets you amped for cardio sessions, it increases mental focus, it can increase your lifts by 5-10%, but it does not "burn" fat.
E is also very nasty shit if you abuse it. I know many people who have been down that road... high BP, anxiety, psychosis, muscle cramps/tears, neuropathy, joint pain, impotence, adrenal burn out, dependence, etc...
