I think it's possible I gained 3lbs of muscles and 3lbs of weight the last few days while in calorie deficit. the new cells was then filled with their normal 75% water, like every other cell, due to thirst, they must have divided and I drank more water, which got me bigger and feeling stronger while in obvious calorie deficient. this is still somehow mysterious.
