Well he did well because a few years ago he was complaining of being totally broke - he lost his home, his job, and had to sell his car. He moved into his brother's basement , this is his own admission.

He then got really sick (hope he gets better btw) but, amazingly, really rich all after losing his rental home, job, car and health. Stunning turnaround.

It is hard to believe he is something like 32 years old. Most folks look their best at this age. If he survives his illnesses, it is scary to think what he will look like when he's 40 or 50 years old. Of course kidney failure and possibly chemo for the liver tumor are adversely affecting his appearance, but so is his misshapen body and all those tattoos. Maybe he was "living the dream" but that dream life sure didn't last very long.

He has not begun chemo yet and the facial water retention is definitely a symtom of kidney failure/dialysis.
