The bodybuilding season is over for the most part so the episodes are coming more infrequently along with me working on a number NON-BODYBUILDING RELATED PROJECTS.

But there will be a new episode soon discussing the state of Derek Anthony....it will be interesting

Derek doesn't do radio shows...he chats on the phone with people for over 2 hours and calls it a radio show.

I on the other hand simply lay down the facts and get you back to what you were doing in 30 minutes or less.
