Use nizoral/ketoconazole as a body wash a couple times a week only in the affected areas. Nizoral is an anti-androgen as you've probably read from your research on hair loss. It works for acne too. I have a friend who swears by it for his backne.

let go of the grease and sugar, there is always room. Want to eat BIG, 3 plates of rice, 2 bowls of oatmeal, patatoes, beef, chicken, fish, protein shakes, 2 bags of mixed vegetables per day, that is eating big and no acne with these foods.

Interesting. I've never heard of it being used for acne before, only hair loss. I'll look into it.
