I dunno if i'd be taking leg training advice from him... as a bodybuilder.
I get that he's a trainer, and he's gotta "brand" or something... like the "500" thing, and looking how he does, it may sell to the regular people who pay for personal trainers.. and anybody squatting for 25 reps is gonna get some 'results', but not effective for a seasoned bber.
I also get the vibe he's trying to mimic CT Fletcher, except I think CT Fletcher understands the science behind training a little more.
