Want to put on some quality muscle and lose fat at the same time.

it says when nolv and adex were run both at same time, the effect was same as just running nolv.

however,running only adex was better than running only nolv ,by far superior.

but somehow the nolv cancels the adex out when used otgether.

this is a huge 5000 ppl clinical study,done over years, not some bbuilding hearsay.

so yeah, do not run them both.

just run adex,its by far superior in every way, the study said even in sideeffects, adx was betteR(less sides than nolv)

Eat a high protein, high fat, no carb, diet.

In 8 weeks you'll look better than whatever you look like now.

yah, or this, the most simple aproach.

if you're not gonna run tren, i'd say run masteron instead of winstrol if you can afford it... preferably at a minimum of 300mg/wk.

if you're set on winstrol... run at least 100mg/day, keep the proviron at 25. it's not a great drug that's gonna show great results at 50 or 100mg.

Yes, and winstrol does not aromatize.
Second question I can't really answer but bloat or gyno from winstrol, masteron and such is very uncommon (impossible?).

However since you are using sustanon you might need arimidex but probably not at 1mg a day since you are only using a small dose of sustanon.
Start low and if you feel that you get to bloated increase the dose. You do not want too low estrogen.
And as mentioned before both winstrol and arimidex can be is harsh on the joints.

Definately skip the nolvadex.
