We are talking what I have done in the past ever to date and that is 3gs for contest at my most ever per week, and yes I took what I would have taken to get in shape here and for contest but with contest I would be more consistent and would not mis shots and might add some AI for dryness and maybe some clen, t3 and train harder and longer.
