The black sheep

I've noticed that Getbig always needs to have "the black sheep". This pattern seems prominent here.

One poster, the to-be black sheep, makes his mark and garners huge amounts of attention from the habitués, per usual provoking negative feelings. This is always one poster at a time, even though he might have other posters linked to him.

If there are several competing "sheeps", one prevails, alternatively the different posters are grouped as one poster who is using gimmick accounts.

This black sheep often is held responsible for an imaginary demise of the board, or rather gets the sole blame for the decline in general quality of posts (although the perceived decline is everpresent and talked about as "getbig has turned to shit" no matter what black sheep is currently active).

Said sheep usually makes a grande sortie, fanfares and farewell thread and all, after which a vacuum ensues and some threads pop up asking about the whereabouts of the black sheep.

Some of these are redeemed. But another poster always picks up the torch and so the cycle repeats.

FatPanda, Suckmymuscle, lundgrenisgod, gh15, shizzo, anabolicho are just some examples that come to mind.

Now, could this be an elaborate game someone is playing over and over again, or is getbig just a knitting meetup of catty house wives who chit chat over PM:s and like to gang up on the outsider?

Or do you disagree and think this is a universal thing for all boards?

I think thats being generous, Getbig is a collection of shallow,self loathing, saddos with self esteem issues* who like playing internet hard men and trying to bully the people who dont fit their criteria*.

Anyone who doesnt toe the party line and gang up on others or who dares to 'sail their own canoe' is invariably singled out.
This creates a climate of fear on the forum where people are afraid to "call out" the usual suspects on their idiocy.
As such the biggest idiots are the ones who get the most protection because the vast majority of posters here are idiots.
