A friend needs to sell his 2009 Escalade. Lost his appeal and is off to the slammer for 2 years. $15,000 cash and it's mine. Never owned one and I wasn't looking but I think the price is right. Comments? Opinions? Funny stories?

Looks that way. A quick search on Craigslist showed $23,00 - 26,000 as the price range. I'm on it. . . He drove it a lot- 2009 with 71,000 miles on it. . .

15k is half of what it should be. 09's go for 25-30k.

09 is a good year as well. nice interior/nav

shit, if I didn't just buy another truck, i'd buy it myself.

interiors are nice and plush, nav and driver info system is nice. you can resell it for an easy 25K and pocket 10k and buy a regular 09 Tahoe/Yukon for 20 and profit 5k.... although i'd keep the escalade.
