Spent my first 5-6 years lifting heavy and eating like a cafone.  Built up a good base which is with me to tis day - CLEAN.

Dieting fat off is easier than gaing muscle IMHO so i tell people who dont use roids - just eat and and lift like a gorilla for a few years - and thrn worry about losing the fat If you really want quality gains that last.
