Not ashamed, I was a fat fuck, now ive lost 80 lbs, dropped into the mid teens bodyfat wise (from high 20s), and completely turned my body around from when I went through my health problems. The difference is

A.i dont ego trip and tell everyone how great I look because ive accomplished some of my goals

B.ill post my progress pics when im damn good and ready... im not particularly low BF, but I sure as shit dwarf the holy fuck out of DJ, but im not on here to brag or show off.... Bigmc has 50 pounds on the guy...and in dj's CURRENT pic he's not all that lean by his own admission.
