started in september and over the last 2 weeks i cycled down to 10 mg per day to give the system a break
i honestly believe that i can hit my goals with only going to 30-40 mg MAX and with more effective training ie. progressively increasing my training poundages (again another thing that these fellas get butthurt about lol)
but here's the honest to god's truth... my hack squat weight went up 50 kg and my quads are looking MUCH BETTER no lie brother
so what's this show me? well, it shows me that increased training poundages=better looking muscles

here's the thing, if you don't follow what these dudes here say that get angry and insult you
me? i don't give a fuck what they do, and if their methods work for them, then good for them
yeah, i've tried to gain muscle size without increasing training poundages, but it never worked for me, so maybe i'm not so genetically blessed lol
