get down to sub-7 and then you will see that all this "extra size" you thought that you had has suddenly disappeared

coz at sub-7 you are lean enough to lose that bloat and bit of extra fat that you delusionaly thought was muscle, but it was just "size" lol

It would difficult to judge those two given the same condition different structures much as to why they started a 212 lb class in the Pro's. I have to give props to dj for getting ripped not sure on bigmc's condition as of now.

The angles of the pics make it difficult to determine. The first is shot upward and at a angle which would make you look bigger the second one straight on. With those two pics I say the first one but again if set at same angles I may have to go with the 200lb one.
