There are over 7 billion people on earth        I am NOT able to beat every one of them

I know my place on the food chain

  I am getting old

I am not an easy fight for a lot people

as I get older though     that is changing

people I could destroy ten years ago   can beat me now

I was just being facetious my friend.  What I want to know really does this guy seem like a master.  I think he is really good, but I cannot be sure and I need your opinion since you can easily tell what is what.

He is decent.... but I have a problem with people who make their videos and say, this is how I destroy MMA, Muay Thai, etc

just train what works and be happy

stop trying to say that your Wing Chun is going to beat MMA. NOT going to happen.

So you re not into rifles anymore?

thats great and all, as usual with all martial arts it looks great in demos...but...

what if the person is twice bigger, heavier, stronger than you ? You avoid confrontation. What if the person is as heavy, or smaller, lighter, but quicker, more trained ? You avoid confrontation.  What if he has a knive, gun? You avoid confrontation. We spend 99.9% of our lives AVOIDING confrontations. That's what keeps you alive, more than martial arts. Also most people who practize them start after they got owned/raped, so the damage is already done, it's merely a band aid on a wooden leg. Maybe you gain some fake confidence training in martial arts just like when lifting weights, but all in all at the end of the day if we calculate with our brains and eyes precisely that a threat is out of our league, then we flee.

Demos are just that, demos. And when these dudes fight for real it s in controlled environments. I bet you they avoid as much as anyone else a real life conflictual unfortunate situation.

The anti-takedown vid is poop.

Per my MMA fan knowledge, Spreading your legs to avoid a double and especially sprawling are legitimate but throwing bodyshots while trying to avoid a double is not smart.

I would love to see how this guy would deal with a low single from Sakuraba, btw.

listen, there are a few times when a wing chun guy will win an mma bout, and then go bragging about being wing chun... but these are athletes that win because they are athletes... that, and they train other styles (MMA etc) so that they can win... not using any wing chun to win... and then brag that they are wing chun... sorry... does not count... check out this kung fu master from china... master of shao lin kung fu and wing chun kung fu... does he use any of it? no   just kick boxing   and has zero respect for western boxing     which causes him to get brutally ktfo     for not respecting the hands of this muay thai boxer

A specific martial art does not make a fighter...a fighter makes that specific martial art shine.

Avoiding confrontations is an important part of training for martial arts that is rarely taught. I  am highly trained with a hand gun and I have carried one for over 30 years. I have walked away from confrontations and even have retreated if the circumstance calls for it. To stand your ground in many circumstances will end with a death that doesn't have to happen. In the dojo people tap out. In the street with adrenaline pumping you can kill or get killed with a body slam, choke, kick to the head or even a punch where your head slams the ground as you fall.  How many people are carrying weapons like a blade or worse? Walking away is never a poor choice.

wing chun fighters seem to be more arrogant than others in thinking they can beat everyone else.   I had a wing chun guy tell me that and I asked why he doesn't do mma?    his reply?   he would literally kill every opponent. ::)

They should have a Wing Chung tournament to see who can make the best faces and sounds while fighting.  ;D  This guy is annoying.

they probably watch bruce lee movies every evening , that's how they keep pumped and confident,  dont some homo bodybuilders constantly watch videos of other bodybuilders for the same purpose?
